"Confronting Today's Struggles to Reach Tomorrow's Peace" is the motto of Serenity Counseling, LLC. Individual counseling sessions are provided to adults who are ready to overcome mental health issues that interfere with daily living and building healthy relationships. I have a physical office in Bossier City, LA for face-to-face sessions and offer tele-health sessions for residents in other areas of Louisiana and Texas. Daytime and evening appointments available. I offer clinical supervision to PLPCs seeking licensure in the state of Louisiana. We all have mental health but everyone doesn't have a mental illness. It is important for everyone to be healthy mentally & emotionally. rather you are going through a life transition or just need to implement some coping skills to handle daily struggles of life.

I have over 10 years of mental health counseling experience. I have worked with clientele ranging in ages of 4-80 from various backgrounds. Previously, I have worked as an elementary school counselor, leading group therapy with dual diagnosed adults and a clinical supervisor in community mental health rehabilitation facilities. Serenity Counseling, LLC opened in February 2018, where I am the solo practitioner providing individual psychotherapy to adults. Theories practiced are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.
