"Confronting Today's Struggles to Reach Tomorrow's Peace" is the motto of Serenity Counseling, LLC. Individual counseling sessions are provided to adolescents & adults who are ready to overcome mental health issues that interfere with daily living and building healthy relationships. I have a physical office in Bossier City, LA for face-to-face sessions and offer tele-health sessions for residents in other areas of Louisiana. Daytime and evening appointments available. I offer clinical supervision to PLPCs seeking licensure in the state of Louisiana. We all have mental health but everyone doesn't have a mental illness. It is important for everyone to be healthy mentally & emotionally. rather you are going through a life transition or just need to implement some coping skills to handle daily struggles of life.

I have over 10 years of mental health counseling experience. I have worked with clientele ranging in ages of 4-80 from various backgrounds. Previously, I have worked as an elementary school counselor, leading group therapy with dual diagnosed adults and a clinical supervisor in community mental health rehabilitation facilities. Serenity Counseling, LLC opened in February 2018, where I am the solo practitioner providing individual psychotherapy to adults. Theories practiced are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.
